About erixx
erixx Holstein GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Osthannoverschen Eisenbahnen AG (OHE).
From 11. 12. 2022 erixx Holstein GmbH will operate the battery network Ost in Schleswig-Holstein.
- Kiel - Kiel-Oppendorf (RB76),
- Kiel - Lübeck - Lüneburg (RE83),
- Kiel - Lübeck (RB84)
A transfer fleet (25 diesel railcars of the Lint 41 type) will be used on all three lines.
From mid-2023 onwards, 26 battery-powered multiple units from Stadler, type FLIRT3 BEMU2 SH, with 131 seats per train, will be used successively.
Other stops will also be opened at a later date and the RB 76 will be extended to Schönberger Strand.
