PASSENGER RIGHTS

Unfortunately, things don't always work out. If a train arrives much too late or a connection fails completely, this is very annoying for everyone. Since 2009, uniform passenger rights have been in force in rail transport in Germany. According to EU Regulation No. 782/2021 of 29. 04. 2021 you are entitled to an alternative travel, a replacement or compensation under certain conditions.

Important information on compensation claims for train delays, missed connections or cancelled trains can be found in the erixx Tariff Terms and Conditions.

To make claims, please use the Passenger Rights form.

SNUB - The local transport arbitration board

In the event of disagreement between us, you have the opportunity to refer the matter to a conciliation body. We are a member of SNUB - Die Nahverkehr-Schlichtungsstelle e. V. , which you can involve in resolving our dispute under certain conditions.
